Initially starting out life as a partnership in 1987, Watertite Heating has grown to be a prominent contractor in the South West of England, providing a competitive service in the domestic, commercial and industrial marketplace for the Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Public Health Services.
Incorporated as a limited company in 1990, a period of considerable growth saw the company expand ten-fold in the last 22 years.
Watertite continues to shape its business to meet the needs of the ever changing market place and views all change as a positive challenge to the conventional way of thinking.
We understand that every contract is different, and brings with it its own set of challenges. We place heavy emphasis on the fact that each Watertite project requires the same engineer/technical manager and the same team of engineers from commencement right through until commissioning and demonstration. Experience has shown that whenever this approach has been taken our delivery is not only exemplary, but the works are completed with passion and to the highest standards of excellence.
Computerised estimating and cost control ensure high efficiency and lower overheads, ensuring a service competitive with any in the United Kingdom. Watertite also directly employ our inhouse design engineers to offer the complete design service with design liability insurances.
We typically carry out contracts of all values and sizes, and are keen to carry out smaller contracts, right through to the larger contracts having the financial strength, management skills and insurances of any larger organisation, but with the hands on approach of a family firm to set us apart from our competitors.
