Complete Refurbishment of Boiler Room and all Plant within & modifications to remote plant rooms to site.

Watertite Heating Ltd are currently on the Dorset County Council R&M Framework, undertaking a multitude of repairs, maintenance and replacements to the county’s asset portfolio. The schools existing main plantroom had reached the end of its reliable lifespan and was recently ear marked for complete replacement.

Complete strip out of existing aged gas boiler boilers, gas fired hot water heaters, pump sets, pressurisation units, water softeners, all pipework, control system and builders’ bases, etc. Complete replacement of all the above with modern energy efficient equipment and Trend BMS control system, in a relatively short school summer holiday period, so that all systems were operational for the September 2016 return of the school.

During the project, we also removed and refurbished a large number of cast iron sectional radiators within the school classrooms.
