Emily Garden Museum is situated on the Hadspen Estate in Somerset, and is a new exhibition space for Museum of the Garden.
The building accommodates an exhibition gallery, a visitor reception, refreshments, gift shop and conveniences.
Watertite Heating Ltd carried out the supply and install of the complete Mechanical Services Package to this Museum, being our third large project on the Estate for this prestigious private client.
Based on a client-lead traditionally designed scheme by E3 Consulting, Watertite Heating Ltd installed a Ground Source Heat Pump & Loop Array (working with our sub-contractor - The Renewable Design Company) to serve Heating & Cooling Systems, Mechanical Ventilation in the Exhibition Hall, Mechanical Ventilation in the Café & Mechanical Ventilation in the Kitchen, BMS Controls, UFH, Above Ground Drainage and Sanitary ware. The project was brought in on budget and on date.
